First early-access article for members is finally up! I’m two weeks behind on these, so I’m posting Goldenrod now even though I still have to figure out how to handle photos and how to handle resources/references. I also had to basically rearrange the front half of the house in order to have a desk with a computer that could access the internet, so I could actually sit and type for more than a minute or so at a time while also referring to printed books and notes.
Since the AT&T hotspot is currently my only internet access, and since something seems to be going on with some AT&T towers in the Southeast this past week, that was also a bigger challenge than I’d expected 
Upside: next article should go up very soon, making me only one week behind lol, since a lot of the super time-consuming stuff only had to be done once. And I’ve set myself a goal of moving by the end of December. And it will be to somewhere with better internet. (More on the upcoming move here if you missed it.)
Just as a recap, Bronze members get early access to new articles in the Bayou Hoodoo Herbal as I write them, which will be at a rate of one per week once I have all the kinks ironed out with these platforms and permissions. They also get an invitation to my Discord server where they can ask questions and join discussions.
Silver members get the above plus a front-row seat to my writing process during the week on each article. This takes place on the Discord server in the members-only channel called “articles in progress.” Since I was late getting this one formatted and posted, it has also been published to the “secret blog,” but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to ask questions or make comments or suggestions.
