Refund policy

This Refund Policy summarizes how we handles refunds, cancellations, and returns.

Refunds

If we issue a refund that is not due to our error, the amount refunded will reflect the costs incurred by us in accepting and processing the order (e.g. shipping costs, transaction fees, chargeback/dispute fees, payment processor charges). In the event our payment processor's refund window has closed, the refund amount will be issued as a PayPal payment or a store gift card.

Any refunds must be initiated on this end. Chargebacks are considered theft and are a breach of the Client Agreement and a violation of the site Terms of Service. They will result in account suspension, collections action (both mundane and spiritual), and reporting to professional organizations with which Seraphin Station/Karma Zain are affiliated. 

Tangible Items

All sales of tangible items are final. No refunds, changes, adjustments, or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing. We do not accept returns. We cannot restock most items, as they are individually prayed over or otherwise custom-finished pieces, or are consumables such as herbs, salts, and oils that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, see your order acknowledgment email for how to proceed. If we've made a mistake, we'll work with you on making it right. In case of damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of packaging and item damage so we can put in a claim with the carrier and replace the order.

An order taking longer than expected is *not* grounds for a cancellation unless we had an agreement on shipping date in writing before the order was placed. If the handling time is ever a concern, contact us before purchasing and we can discuss whether we can realistically meet your deadline. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.

Services

Services do not come with a guaranteed delivery or completion date unless that date is established and agreed upon in writing in advance of the booking. By booking spiritual services, including an email coaching session, reading, or consultation, you are reserving your spot in line. General estimates for turnaround times will be provided in service descriptions/contracts, but these are estimates only, and your service will be completed when it's your turn in the queue.

Service bookings can be cancelled upon request provided no work has begun on the service. Booking fee will be refunded minus any costs incurred by us in accepting and processing the order (e.g. shipping costs, transaction fees, chargeback/dispute fees, payment processor fees). Once time has been invested into your service or case, cancellations and refunds are not possible. This includes preliminary time spent reading correspondence, answering emails, compiling info, and casting astrological charts.

If you want to cancel a service booking, you must contact us following the directions outlined in the Client Agreement, service description listing, and your order confirmation email. Any refunds must be initiated on this end and requested through proper channels.
