on breakup work; frequently asked questions

See this post in original context at main blog here. This post is part of the Rootwork Education series that I used to maintain on livejournal and am now updating and keeping here on WordPress. Work in progress.Q: A client asks why I won’t often do breakup cases, and why I require a consultation before considering work like that.A: In and of itself, I don’t have a moral problem with simply the fact that the couple is married or that a client is having a relationship with a married woman or man. Some of this is part retread, but since the two-blogs thing is confusing AF and I probably need to edit and consolidate comments on the Big Lucky Hoodoo blogs (plural) and then just post the edited updates here as new posts… I guess I might as well just answer some of these again lol...
Rest in Peace, Raven
You were my favorite sweet girl. You were better than some people I know. I’m sorry I couldn’t save you. If there’s chicken reincarnation, you deserve the lap of luxury next time. If there’s chicken transmigration, I hope we meet again. See this post in complete context at the main blog.
internet

See this post in complete context at the main blog. In theory, our ISP fixed our broken line or whatever Friday evening. They also replaced our modem. In practice, the internet is now about as fast as me tethering my phone to get online. (That’s not very fast in case your phone is not an antique like mine.) And I randomly get booted off for random amounts of time. The cable that is supposed to be buried is not buried because of the road paving that has taken a year at this point. And they aren’t even done grading the...
