Santa Muerte Bone and Leather Chaplet, One Decade Rosary
Bone, copper, and recycled glass beads are knotted onto a leather cord to form this one-decade rosary or chaplet. Santa Muerte pendant is imported from Mexico and is probably close to vintage by now because I must have gotten this batch in about 2005. The cross medallion is handcrafted by an American artisan specializing in sterling and bronze reproductions of vintage and antique holy medals and wax seal stamps, and I love her medals and pendants because they instantly elevate whatever piece they're added to far above anything you can get with components mass produced in China. Altogether a striking and one of a kind handmade piece for your Santa Muerte devotion.
I'm happy to add a clasp upon request if you'd like to secure it around something or wear it as a bracelet. If you want a clasp, please leave a note when checking out and let me know your wrist measurement.
These pieces are created in a ritual context and consecrated, blessed, dressed, cured, and/or fixed as appropriate, and they reside on the pertinent altar until they are prayerfully removed and blessed again in the name/for the petition of their new owner. So feel free to tell me your petition or intention in a note when you check out.
