Shipping and Handling
Handling times start at five business days (excludes weekends and holidays) and will vary depending on a number of factors. Anything custom-made or requiring custom finishing or any kind of altar work generally has a 10-day handling time. Please see the individual item listing page for specifics on your item, and the Shipping/Handling page if you want to understand why my handling times are what they are.
Posted handling times are estimates, not guarantees, and will vary depending on order size and amount of customization involved. An order taking longer than expected is *not* grounds for a cancellation unless we had an agreement on shipping date in writing before the order was placed.
We will send a notification email when we purchase your shipping label for your packaged order, so when it's ready to ship, you know as soon as we know. We are not able to provide updates during order processing beyond this. Any unusual issues affecting handling times will be announced on our blog and social media channels.
Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks
All sales are final. I cannot restock most of my items as they are individually prayed over or otherwise custom-finished pieces, or are consumables such as herbs, salts, and oils that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, contact me for how to proceed by replying to your order acknowledgment email. If I've made a mistake, I'll work with you on making it right.
No refunds or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing, because that means custom work has begun on it. (If it's been prayed over for you, I can't very well return it to stock and sell it to somebody else.) So please ask any questions about shipping and delivery before you place an order.
If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us by following the instructions in your order acknowledgment email and we will work with you on a resolution. The Shipping/Handling page covers the details for most situations.
Services do not come with a guaranteed delivery or completion date unless that date is established and agreed upon in writing in advance of the booking. By booking spiritual services, including an email coaching session, reading, or consultation, you are reserving your spot in line. General estimates for turnaround times will be provided in service descriptions/contracts, but these are estimates, and your service will be completed when it's your turn in the queue.
Once I have invested time into your service or case, cancellations and refunds are not possible. This includes preliminary time spent reading correspondence, answering emails, compiling info, and casting astrological charts, whether or not I have finished typing up my report, findings, or reading, so please ask any questions about deadlines, cancellations, etc. before booking.
Any refunds must be initiated on this end. Chargebacks are considered theft. They may result in collections action, both mundane and spiritual, and they definitely will result in my permanently banning the customer and warning my entire network of colleagues and the organizations with which I'm affiliated about them.
All products are for external use only unless clearly labeled and packaged as tea. Keep away from children and pets.
Items do not come with instructions unless the listing states they do. There are tons of ways to use these formulas depending on your situation and environment and available materials, and we presume you are familiar with the rootwork tradition if you're buying products related to it. We are not able to provide "spells" with item purchases or in response to customer emails requesting a "spell." Hoodoo isn't really a spell-based system anyway. Plus there's already a ton of great information online for the Googling. See the FAQ for more info and details about where to start if you're looking for guidance.
Skin Safety: Oils are for prayer and ritual use in anointing candles and other objects; they are not cosmetics or perfumes and are not sold or labeled as such. We accept no responsibility for allergies or adverse reactions if customers choose to wear them anyway. See the FAQ for more details and why you should not treat condition oils like cosmetics (no matter who is selling them).
All items are sold as curios for educational, devotional, and/or entertainment purposes. We cannot guarantee and are not responsible for actions you take with them or for any outcomes.
