Raccoon Baculum, Dressed Coon Dong Curio
The raccoon baculum, or penis bone, is traditionally used in Southern rootwork for luck, personal power, and mastery, particularly in the areas of gambling and sexual attraction (typically used by men on female targets, but more and more women are using them, especially as jewelry, and reporting good results).
These average about 2.5 to 3.5 inches long, so they will usually fit in a standard-sized mojo bag (but not one of these petite, cute, non-traditional organza ones I keep seeing more and more of), or you can carry them by themselves as pocket pieces (dress lightly with Fast Luck, Van Van, or another appropriate condition oil depending on what you're using it for). I will dress this bone for you before mailing it out - let me know what oil to use by filling out the customization info form after you check out. If you do not specify an oil, I'll use Van Van.
Some folks make necklaces and keychains out of them too (because anytime you're carrying a plain old bone in your pocket with no protective padding, you really do run the risk of it splintering and poking you in the butt. I speak from [painful] personal experience). Because of the natural shape of the bones, which flare at the end and have a curve in them, it's easy to tie a cord to them and have it stay securely.
Most of them will *not* fit inside my largest vials, so they are packaged in tissue paper rather than the usual corked vial. If you have your heart set on a vial, though, write first so I can check to see if I have any shorter ones on hand.
