One of a kind chaplet bracelet hand-assembled here at Karma Zain. Leather bracelet is knotted with glass beads, brass beads, and metal beads with Celtic knotwork patterns. A Celtic knotwork button forms a clasp if you want to wear the chaplet, and the piece is embellished with a tiny St. Brigid's Cross charm. This is a perfect piece for someone who wishes to honor the saint - or the loa - in daily jewelry with a piece that does not look too overtly religious. St. Brigid is the patron of fugitives, prisoners, children whose parents are not married, and babies. She is associated in voodoo with Manman Brigitte, who is called on for justice, regeneration, and strength and renewal in the face of adversity. All ritual and voodoo items and art are made with respect and devotion, in a ritual setting, by a serviteur of the loa (me). As with all my devotional pieces, this piece will reside on its loa's altar until it finds its new home. Chaplet is app. 9" long from end to end. Part of the proceeds from voodoo rosary sales go to organizations such as Friends of FOKAL and Fonkoze.org. Fonkoze is a Haitian foundation that supports the organized poor in Haiti, providing them with essential banking services throughout the country and assisting borrowers with literacy, business training and health education. Most of their clients are women, and most are raising children by themselves in rural areas devastated by poverty, disease, and malnutrition, not to mention natural disasters.

You'll receive the specific item pictured. As it's made with stainless steel memory wire, it's one-size-fits-all, but if you have questions about customization, feel free to message me.

All spiritual and devotional pieces are made with care and intent with respect to traditional origins, lore, and practices, all of which I'm happy to answer questions about.

LEGALESE: As required by law, all items are sold as curios to preserve and teach the traditions of folklore and popular religion. I don't sell anything I don't use myself, though, and quite a few customers over the years have sworn by my traditional formulas since I started selling them in 2002.
