Love Charm Talisman Bracelet Stack + Earrings

This is a set of three bracelets with a matching pair of earrings. One memory wire bracelet is wrapped in mixed fiber fabric dip-dyed in colors that range from a bright pink to a pale yellow. Decorative stitching is embellished with the occasional tiny bit of velvet in this very feminine piece, and every once in a while, a small, subtle, delicate iridescent sequin peeks out.

Bracelet is wrapped with jeweler's bronze wire and sprinkled with an eclectic and whimsical array of beads, including a silver metal bead with a flower motif for romance, a purple lampwork eye bead for drawing positive attention, a large pink faceted glass bead with a silver core for beauty, a hematite barrel bead for confidence, a purple Murano-style glass heart with frosted silver core for passion, a heart-shaped bead charm with a leaf/vine motif for fidelity, and a tiny brass bell for luck and celebrations. Very pretty but just funky and boho enough to escape being straight-up "cute."

A second piece in the stack is a memory wire bracelet made of 5mm polished rose quartz beads offset with pale purple faceted Czech glass beads with an aurora borealis finish. A few pearlized glass beads and silver spacer beads with a floral motif round out this elegant bracelet with matching earrings.

The third bracelet is made of polished amethyst strung on sturdy stretch cord for good judgment and an aura of the sovereign queen.

This stack began as I was thinking about Erzulie Freda and what she might like if she were walking around today and had the Etsy app on her smartphone. I made the quartz bracelet and earrings but I just kept thinking any question of jewelry would be fruitless if we weren't talking about the clothes she'd wear with them. Well, I don't make clothing, and my sewing skills remain at beginner level, so the next best thing was a fabric-wrapped bangle.

By the time I got done with that one, I knew I wasn't going to finish up this bracelet set on Erzulie Freda's point and that it was going to be a non-denominational love charm talisman set rather than a set specifically for Freda. Pink though it may be, it's too boho for for her to be clamoring for it.

However, if you work with the lwa and want me to call on Freda specifically for its last bit of altar work before it makes its way to its new home, I'm happy to do that for you. Just let me know after you check out (and allow me a couple of extra days' handling time just in case I need to get an ingredient or offering I've just run out of or something like that).
