Chaplet of St. Michael - Angelic Crown
The Chaplet of St. Michael, also known as the Angelic Crown or the Choirs of Angels chaplet, is a lovely angelic devotion that has its own special set of beads differing from the traditional Marian rosary. Here, the nine sets of three small beads are made of crystal clear pumpkin-cut pressed glass. They are separated by larger beads, or Pater beads, made of shimmering fire-polished faceted Czech glass reflecting multiple shades of blue depending on how the light hits them.
The center is a cast bronze cross piece that's a reproduction of an antique Latin American rosary center. From it hang four lustrous, clear, faceted Czech glass beads reclaimed from a vintage (20+ year old) rosary.
Piece terminates with a cast bronze reproduction of an original antique holy medal with St. Michael on the front and the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts on the back. It's a very cool St. Michael medal, not your usual modern fare, and it has a lovely aged patina.
Entire piece is just over 13" long from end to end. Decade loop is just over 18" around if measured separately. This will *not* fit over most heads, so this piece is not wearable as a necklace as is, but I'm happy to customize it for you if you want to wear it and add a clasp. Just let me know when you check out.
This handmade piece has been consecrated on my altars, and I pray these while I make them, which probably slows me down a bit, but I like the end result. I'm happy to bless it for your specific petition before I send it off - just let me know when checking out.
Comes with instructions for how to pray this chaplet (though they are widely available online as well).
